-----FIRST TIER-----(ALL First Tier ranks are expected to fight in times of war)

[4/4]Prime Minister- The leaders of the Pact

[1/5]Pact Officer- They enforce the laws of the Pact

-----SECOND TIER-----(ALL Second Tier ranks are expected to fight in times of war)

[Unlimited]Shaman- Healers/Medics

[Unlimited]Hunter- Gather food for the Pact

[Unlimited]Care-taker- Watch over Pups/Elders

[Unlimited]Scouts- Patrol the Pact's borders

-----THIRD TIER-----(Not expected to fight in times of war)

[Unlimited]Elder- Those too old/frail or too sick to serve the Pact

[Unlimited]Whelp- The Pact's young(Under 6 months old)
